Red Robin Gourmet Burgers in Cranberry Township

Had a great experience here. I came in during the early afternoon and sat at the bar. The bartender was fantastic. She made a delicious mojito and was very friendly. She was attentive but not overly so.My meal was pretty good. I got fish and shrimp which was cooked well. The bottomless steak fries were the best part of the whole meal and the bartender made sure I had enough fries and campfire sauce.Overall a very nice meal and I would go there again.

Food and service were both better than any other time we have been here. Everything was great!!

This was our first visit to Red Robin's. We were happily surprised. Our server was so nice and very accommodating. The restaurant was clean with a pleasing ambiance. It is a bit pricey but worth every dollar. The food is as good or better then advertised.We will recommend this place to everyone. And we will definitely return. THE BIGGEST AND BEST BURGERS EVER! !

Took the wife and kids out to Red Robin last weekend and we were pleasantly surprised by how awesome it was. The waitress was super nice and attentive, they brought our food out very quickly and the quality of the food was top notch. This is a place we never really think of going but we had a gift card but after this experience we would probably go back for sure.

This is a busy place! But super friendly staff and no one was flustered. We waited a bit longer than what must have been normal for our food but the manager was gracious to offer a discount before we even mentioned it - and the Cobb salad was well worth the wait. SERIOUSLY fabulous salad-maker there. We will be back!

Decent food choices. The unlimited fries deal is too good to pass up

Currently sitting in the parking lot here. An hour ago, we put our name on the wait list, as we were told it would be a 15-20 minute wait. We are now at 3-4x what we were told, with no update, no apology, no communication whatsoever. This was after giving them another chance following another bad experience. If you value your time or even good food or service, I’d highly recommend that you don’t patronize this establishment. I am leaving upon submitting this review.

This was our first time at a Red Robin. We see the commercials all the time but dont have one where we live and decided to try. This location looked fairly new. Has plenty of parking although its confusing as to which is the entrance/front door when coming into parking lot. We arrived 10 minutes after they opened. Staff was friendly. Fries are the best, we ordered burgers, photos of the Texan 6.99 burger w/no onions. Looks good but was dry and not the best burger especially since everything else on the menu is so expensive. Our youngest immediately went to playing the game on those machines they have on the tables to pay now and once I asked for the bill, waitress tells me its 1.99 to play and we had been charged. That would of been something to tell me before not after you ring up my check. I wouldn't of let my son play if I knew would cost me $2. She lost an extra $2 tip this day.

I have been to around 10 Red Robin’s in my life and this is by far the best one! The burger was perfect. Looked just like the picture on the menus with a nice char on the outside. The bartender Leighann was extremely attentive, I don’t think my drink was empty for more than 30 seconds before she came by, and my fries were never empty. I typically ask for a water with my meal as well but this day I forgot. Well guess what showed up as I was paying, a water. If your staying at a local hotel it makes a easy walk. Cheers.

Best visit so far! Truth be told, we never know what to expect at R.R. It seems to be the Jekyll and Hyde of restaurants when it comes to service. I gave it 3 stars, because Adam was a fantastic waiter this last visit, (he gets 5 stars), but we have had horrible service several times in the past. The food is pretty good for the price and I do like the bottomless fries with ranch. Get better consistency with the service, (we once waited an hour and 1/2 when it wasn't even busy), and they'll have a great #1 go-to spot.

Fast service and pretty good food. The value is really good. It's a little older and therefore looks dirty in some areas, especially the restrooms, but the booths and kitchen look clean.

Having tried 90% of their burgers I'd say Red Robin is one of the best burgers joints. Always have good service and great food. 100% recommend to anyone looking for a good meal. Vegan options are also available.

The food was good. The fries were so fresh they were initially too hot to eat. The garlic aioli dipping sauce is so tasty. Our server Megan was very friendly and very attentive

Pretty impressed with this location! Good staff and management. I've ordered a couple times and have had 2 orders messed up. Both times the restaurant was NOT at fault, but both times I was given excellent service. So being said I wouldn't recommend using Uber Eats or the Red Robin call center to order! Uber Eats is NOT GOOD in CRANBERRY, and will keep increasing delivery time. Having a call center process orders off site is an absolutely terrible setup. It increases chances for mistakes that the restaurant then has to correct. Ridiculous. But the Cranberry location has very friendly and respectable staff and quality food. Highly recommended. Keep up the good work. 👍

Great food and atmosphere.

When you go to a gourmet burger place and ask for your burger to be well done. You take a bite into and it isn’t even cooked. The outside was cooked but the rest was rare! Disgusted with it and sent it back. Manager couldn’t even come over to speak to us. The last 3 times that we got a gourmet burger there, it hasn’t been cooked. You would think the manager should address this to the cooks. We Were there for an hour and 20 minutes. No reason for the burger not to be cooked right. After tonight, we will no longer dine there. We were not the only one upset with our meal.

Food was good. The service was better. My fries came to the table cold and were replaced quickly. I had the Tavern double haystack burger and it was very tasty. I will be back.

I want to love Red Robin, but the service is so inconsistent. Today was told a 15-20 minute wait for a table. We waited 45 minutes before we left. Disappointing.

This is our favorite place to go to for quality food, great prices and outstanding service. We have two in our party with gluten allergies and here they can order so much from the menu. I love their turkey burgers, chicken sandwich and salads are outstanding. I really enjoy their Cobb salad and my daughter likes the vegetarian burger. This place has a menu that will satisfy anyone and the the servers are really good.
